Description

The London Borough of Hillingdon is seeking a qualified provider for the provision of Advocacy Services for Looked After Children, Young People and Care Leavers, and the provision of an Independent Visitor Scheme for Looked After Children and Young People in Hillingdon.  
The values within this notice are for a 5+2 year period. The Council intends to award a contract to one provider through a competitive tender process.

Herefordshire Council is seeking to appoint a service provider to deliver an accommodation based support service for children in care and care leavers aged 16-25. The Service will support vulnerable young people who are making the transition from a care to a support setting and who may need varying levels of support, guidance, and input from specialist teams.
