Langstane Housing Association are procuring a contractor, or contractors, who will undertake Annual gas servicing including “wet” electrical heating systems (domestic and commercial; Servicing of commercial heating systems; Servicing and reactive repairs of air source heat pumps; Maintenance, servicing and replacement where appropriate of smoke detectors, CO2 detectors; Reactive repairs and maintenance to commercial heating systems inclusive of boiler plants; Reactive repairs to Gas Central Heating Installations systems (various boiler types, and flues (domestic and commercial); Out of Hours emergency call out service and one off boiler replacements.

Invitation to Tender for Building Statutory Compliance Works, Planned and Reactive Maintenance, and Minor Works Framework

This is a joint procurement exercise undertaken by South Ribble Borough Council, Chorley Borough Council, South Ribble Leisure Company and Chorley Leisure Company (Contract Authorities/CA). The Contracting Authorities have a continuing requirement for the provision of reactive and planned improvement works across the Authorities portfolio. The aim of this framework is to ensure statutory compliance and efficient maintenance of assets, including reactive repair and maintenance, and planned minor/improvement works that attain a high level of customer satisfaction. The framework will be broken up into 13 lots. Three bidders will be awarded per lot. A Bidding Organisation can only be awarded on a maximum of two lots. The number one ranked supplier in the lot will be awarded the servicing/call out element of the contract, the other two suppliers will be eligible to compete for higher-value projects throughout the lifecycle of the framework. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to use the second and/or third ranked contractor within the lot for service/call out element if they deem it necessary due to poor performance or capacity issues from the number one ranked contractor. The maximum number of successful bidders in each Lot may increase where two (2) or more bidders have tied scores. In instances of extreme urgency (i.e. Health and Safety issues) The Contracting Authority reserves the right to Direct Award higher value projects to the number one ranked supplier if deemed necessary. This is detailed further in document 4 (Specification). Heating, Electrical and Decarbonisation Framework

This Notice announces the release of a tender by the Contracting Authority to establish a new Heating, Electrical, and Decarbonisation Framework, replacing the existing provision. The framework will encompass a wide range of services for public sector clients. Planned Investment and Major Works

The Guinness Partnership Limited are intending to enter into contract with regional contractors to deliver its Planned Investment and Major Works programmes for our portfolio of properties over a period of up to 15 years in length. The contracts will be divided into the following geographical regions - - North West and Greater Manchester - Yorkshire, Humberside, East Midlands - Home Counties - South East & Coast and Greater London - South West The properties in these areas cover a mix of general needs, supported housing and leaseholder/shared ownership properties, and are a mixture of archetypes but mostly flats and houses. The Guinness Partnership Limited is conducting this procurement on behalf of itself and all of its group entities including, but not limited to, Shepherds Bush Housing Association and any further group entities referenced in the procurement documents. Appointed contractors in each of the regions will be required to carry out planned investment works that will include, but not be limited to, kitchen and bathroom replacements, roofing repairs and renewals, electrical works, external and internal decorations, structural repairs, window replacements and repairs, de-carbonisation, sustainability and retrofit works, disrepair works, large reactive repairs and major voids, and building and fire safety works.
