The Wheatley Group intends to establish a multi-lot Framework Agreement for the provision of Legal & Associated Services. The Framework will be divided into 6 lots covering Lot 1 Commercial Contracts Lot 2 Legal Governance & Charities Lot 3 Legal Employment & General Civil Litigation Lot 4 Financing Lot 5 – Sheriff Officer  Services Lot 6 Property Searching & Reporting Services. The Framework will be for a period of 36 months with the option to extend for a further 12 months at the sole discretion of the Wheatley Group.
Lot 1 – Commercial Contracts – including as a minimum procurement, construction, construction litigation, development, real estate, intellectual property, information technology and associated legal advice.
Lot 2 – Legal Governance & Legal Charities – including as a minimum governance and business structures, data protection, charities advice including business structures and corporate matters and associated legal advice.
Lot 3 - Legal Employment & General Civil Litigation – including as a minimum employment law, pensions advice and general civil litigation services.
Lot 4 – Financing– including as a minimum capital markets and bank funding in relation to new and existing funding and relating to both Scottish and English law
Lot 5 – Sheriff Officer Services.
Lot 6 – Property Searching & Reporting Services.

Temporary Accommodation Nightly Paid framework

Oldham Council is seeking to create a temporary accommodation (TA) framework for Nightly Paid consisting of highly skilled, socially aware and reputable providers to assist with the delivery of statutory temporary accommodation provision under Part VII of the Housing Act 1996. Bidders are invited to bid for all lots in it's entirety or one or more lots, provided they can deliver on the general requirements. Amongst other requirements which are detailed in the procurement documents providers will be required to provide furniture packs for each unit made available, undertake their own repairs and maintenance to the properties and certain landlord duties that provide for a safe and comfortable environment. Furniture packages must also be of a reasonable standard and adequate for each household. For the past few years, CPC has outsourced the contract management of its Legal Services framework agreement for various reasons, one of which being capacity internally. We are now looking to bring this framework back in-house and this tender exercise will form the new iteration of the framework. Suppliers must be capable of delivering high-quality, cost-effective legal advice and representation to institutions such as schools, academies, colleges, universities, and educational trusts, as well as local authorities and the wider public sector.
