Crown Commercial Service (CCS) as the Authority has put in place a Pan Government Collaborative Agreement for the provision of Facilities Management & Workplace Services to be utilised by Central Government Departments and all other UK Public Sector Bodies, including Local Authorities, Health, Police, Fire and Rescue, Education and Devolved Administrations.
This commercial agreement will be the recommended vehicle for all Facilities Management & Workplace Services required by UK Central Government Departments

Bristol Parks Mobile Concessions 2025-2027 - Eastville Park and Queen Square - Hot drinks and pastries. Bristol City Council is re-procuring two concession pitches in one of its parks and in the city docks estates, for the period July 2025 - March 2027. There are 2 available Lots: Lot 1 - HARBOURSIDE PITCH - Queen Square (No. HB07) Lot 2 - PARKS PITCH - Eastville Park (No. PK06) The proposed Concessions Contract will be for 21 months, and we will be awarding a single Supplier per Lot. The procurement process will be conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Procurement Act 2023 (PA23). This procurement is non-regulated as per PA23 reg 84 (1)(b). The Council will be using a non-regulated Open Tender Procedure. The Council have voluntarily issued a UK4 Below-threshold tender notice to maximise the interest in these contracts. As per Schedule 3, Paragraph 3 of the PA23, the value of a concession contract is based on an estimate as to the “maximum amount the supplier could expect to receive under or in connection with the contract”. As such the value has been based on the estimated revenue suppliers may generate from the pitches. Late submissions and those received by any other means will not be accepted. Tender for the design, supply and installation of new skatepark equipment within Swanage skatepark/wheeled sports area

Swanage Town Council seeks submissions for the design, supply and installation of new skatepark ramps and rideable features that are suited to a full range of users from beginners to advanced. This will accompany existing equipment and will form phase one of a two or three-phase project to enhance the wheeled sports park. It is necessary that the new equipment successfully functions alone, in conjunction with the existing ramps and a complete future build. To achieve this it is expected the build will be modular in form and use the same materials as the existing ramps (skatelite and steel frames with open sides). It is essential that a high-quality wheeled sports park is delivered that will have a feeling of flow; fun, stimulation, challenge and excitement for users. A mix of rideable features that accommodate all ages, abilities, and wheeled sports is anticipated. Meeting the needs of the multi-generational users of Swanage Skatepark, particularly the local young people is a fundamental requirement. Swanage Town Council is working in partnership with Swanage Skatepark Community Project (SSCP), a group of skatepark users who formed a registered charity under the umbrella of Swanage and Purbeck Development Trust in December 2023. Extensive community engagement has already been undertaken by SSCP and the successful contractor will be responsible for presenting their design to the local community including SSCP and then finalising the design and safely delivering the construction, installation and handover stages of the project. It is a requirement that the new equipment is installed and opened for use by the public in autumn of 2025. Given the location of the facility and the nature of Swanage as a tourist destination, on site works will not be permitted in the main summer season of July and August. Conditions of participation relating to suppliers legal and financial capacity and technical ability to perform the contract are detailed within the tender documents.
