Description

1.1	Royal Berkshire Fire Authority (RBFA) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced service provider able to provide a fully compliant Legionella service and testing arrangement, in order to control the proliferation of Legionella bacteria within the Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service (RBFRS) estate, in accordance with current United Kingdom (UK) legislation and Approved Codes of Practice (ACoP).

Margate Skatepark Design and Build

For the provision of a Skatepark build in Margate, Kent. The Employer will enter into a JCT Design and Build contract with the successful specialist contractor with the experience, track record, capability and capacity to deliver a skatepark new build of the scale and complexity outlined in the Appendix A - Specification.
