Description

The contract is for the provision of support services to people sleeping rough, or at risk of sleeping rough, within the Borough. The successful contractor will be expected to work in partnership with Bedford Borough Council in order to ensure best value is secured in respect of the services supplied within the scope of the contract. A detailed specification of the required services is provided in Appendix one of this ITT document.

Transitional Care and Nursing Beds in Lincolnshire

This procurement seeks to enter into additional block purchasing agreements that will offer additional and fixed capacity for Older Persons transitional and nursing care. By securing such capacity the Council will be in a stronger position to be able to manage increasing demand within existing financial and market-based constraints. Transitional and Nursing Beds will provide various levels of support to Older Persons who require a period of further assessment to determine their longer-term needs with the focus being on returning home.
