HFEA Satellite Assisted Conception Services at Croydon ACU

Satellite is a smaller clinic affiliated with a larger main fertility centre, it offers a range of services including initial consultations, scans and blood tests, to make fertility care more accessible to patients in various locations. The main clinic typically handles more complex procedures like egg collection and embryo transfer. Croydon ACU performs approximately 170 fresh and 160 frozen treatment cycles per annum. Croydon ACU clinical staff consult with the patient, recommend treatment type, prescribe medications and schedule treatment as well as monitoring response to medications and progress through cycles prior to egg collection and frozen embryo transfer. Egg collections presently performed at exisiting provider. Care of the patient returns to Croydon ACU following embryo transfer or intra-uterine insemination.
