Description

Telford & Wrekin Council is establishing a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for apprenticeship training and assessment.
The DPS opens on 18 May 2022 and will run until 17 May 2025 (unless this date is revised).  Applications can be received to join the DPS at any time during its lifetime.
The DPS is a 2-stage process:
Stage 1 - All providers who meet the selection criteria within the online Questionnaire and are not excluded will be admitted to the DPS. 
Stage 2 - Contracts are awarded during the second stage. A Mini Competition will be held inviting each Approved Provider on the DPS list relating to the particular Lot to bid for work.

This is an invitation to tender for the development and delivery of a Construction Employment Academy for 2025/26 (and subject to funding, a 2026/27 academy) on behalf of Derry City and Strabane District Council’s Labour Market Partnership, hereby known as DSLMP. Labour Market Partnership Labour Market Partnerships (LMPs) have been established in each NI Council area to help improve employability outcomes and labour market conditions locally by working through coordinated, collaborative, multi-agency partnerships, achieving regional objectives whilst being flexible to meet the needs presented by localised conditions and helping to connect employers with employees. Funded by the Department for Communities (DfC), LMPs play a key collaborative and supporting role in Employability NI’s approach to supporting those who are unemployed to get back to work. Employability NI is designed to provide a range of interventions that can evolve over time. These interventions will aim to: • Deliver a reduction in economic inactivity and long-term unemployment. • Provide increased support for those with health conditions and disabilities. • Create a mechanism for Central Government to collaborate with Local Councils and other Departments to offer local solutions and interventions. The innovative LMP approach has been introduced to ensure employability delivery is reflective of the local area / communities and resident and employer needs. ID 6217796 InterTrade Ireland Supply Chain Programme

InterTradeIreland is the All-Island Trade and Business Development Body, one of six North South Implementation Bodies established under the Good Friday Agreement. In this capacity it acts as the All-island Economic Development Agency. The agency’s remit is to ‘exchange information and coordinate work on trade, business development and related matters, in areas where the two administrations specifically agree it would be in their mutual interest.’ This contract is for the supply of structured programme offering both “Downstream” and “Upstream” support for businesses in order to accelerate all-island economic co-operation and take advantage of future opportunities to enhance business growth across the island. Downstream support would be in the form of workshops and masterclasses for SMEs providing an overview of fundamentals of supply chain management practice and the operating environment/ drivers of change therein. Providing 1-1 mentoring and developing best practice material and case studies. Upstream support will entail support to strengthen SME Integration to Anchor Company supply chains, it will encompass a series of in person workshops across the island of Ireland. The use of in-person developmental workshops will provide a hands-on learning where participants can directly engage with the subject matter, enhancing understanding and retention, allowing for a more interactive learning experience. The workshops will create valuable networking opportunities, enabling participants to connect with peers and build professional relationships and networks along with 1 to 1 mentoring that will enable SMEs to strategically analyse their operations and determine how they can make the necessary improvements to increase their ability to access large company supply chains. This contract is a new requirement that has not been tendered previously and is to commence on the 1st March 2026.
