Harborough District Council will shortly be tendering for a single supplier to run a service consisting of the recyclable and waste collection services, as well as street cleansing and grounds maintenance services. The intention is to contract a single supplier, however, it will be permissible under the contract, to subcontract elements of the contract to subcontractors, managed by the single main contractor, in line with all Council requirements. The scope of the Contract includes is the provision of Grounds Maintenance Services at Pioneer owned and managed properties.
