Description

This is an award notice for a range of internal home insulation measures to approximately 300 households across Shropshire. 
Shropshire Council appointed two contractors to help deliver the following works:
Lot 1 - Internal Wall Insulation (IWI)
Lot 2 - Room-in-roof Insulation (RIR)
Lot 3 - Flat Roof Insulation (FRI)
Lot 4 - Underfloor Insulation (UFI)
Lot 5 - Loft Insulation (LI)
Lot 6 - Park Home Insulation (PHI)
Lot 7 - External Wall Insulation (EWI)
Installs are expected to run from August 2022 to end of March 2023. Further extensions may be possible depending on future government funding rounds.

Choice Housing wishes to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to carry out MEI works at Corkey House, Belfast. The works are listed below and include various repairs to the Corkey House complex in Belfast and are detailed in the ITT documentation and associated Works Information and Site Information. The above list of Works represents a general summary only and the Contractor must refer to all sections of the Works Information, Site Information and Price List to ensure they’re fully conversant with, and understand, all aspects of the Contract requirements.
