Rhondda Cynon Taf are seeking to appoint a range of childcare providers who are Care Inspectorate Wales registered to deliver Flying Start Childcare for all eligible children aged 2 to 3. This process will operate as an 'Approved List' that will quality assure providers and their proposed childcare settings. In order to obtain a position on the 'Approved List' providers will need to pass a questionnaire. This tender process will remain open and available for its entirety, allowing providers and/or their settings to express their interest and apply to join at any time. Settings must be approved before any placements can be made

NAC/5198 - Early Learning and Childcare Funded Providers

North Ayrshire Council invites Providers to apply for this Flexible Framework Agreement to be eligible to deliver Early Learning and Childcare Funded Hours within North Ayrshire. The current framework (NAC/5011) expires on 31st July 2025 and as such, NAC require a new Flexible Framework Agreement to commence from 1st August 2025. The proposed Framework will be for a period of 5 years, expiring 31st July 2030. The terms and conditions of the Flexible Framework Agreement will be the Early Learning and Childcare Model Terms and Conditions. All providers who apply and meet the miniumum conditions of the Flexible Framework agreement (i.e. the National Standards & relevant legislation as noted in the attached documentation) and who accept the rates/framework terms and conditions shall be accepted to deliver funded provision through the Flexible Framework Agreement. Providers can apply for the Flexible Framework Agreement at any time, however to be eligible to start Funded Placements by 1st August 2025 Providers must submit their application by 8th May 2025. Applications recieved after 8th May 2025 will not be reviewed until August 2025 at the earliest. Please review the attached documentation for further information. A Question & Answer facility is available for Providers to submit enquiries related to the application process. All questions must be submitted before 1st May 2025 to ensure a response is received prior to the submission deadline. NAC will be holding drop-in sessions to support Providers with their applications. Members of the Early Years and Corporate Procurement Teams will be available to answer any queries you may have in relation to your application. These sessions will be held at Marress House Early Years Centre, Friars Croft, Irvine, KA11 8EE on Wednesday 26th March 2025 and Wednesday 30th April 2025. Providers are invited to drop-in at any time between 2-8pm on these dates to discuss their applications.

CPU7565 - Early Years Childcare Provision in Broxtowe Family Hub

This is for information only and not a call for tender submissions. This is a notice to alert the market that Nottingham City Council is preparing a Concession Contract Opportunity for Early Years Childcare Provision at it's family hub centre in 18 Strelley Road, Nottingham, NG8 3AP. This notice is also used to provide time for potential Suppliers to register on the appropriate web platforms, as described below, in advance of the Tender Notice being published. This notice is not being used as a 'qualifying planned procurement notice'. This is a light touch special regime concession contract as per Sections 8 and 9 of the Procurement Act 2023. The successful Supplier deliver childcare services and will be required to have an OFSTED rating of good or above or, if 'satisfactory', are working at a good or above grade as indicated by the Local Authority Quality Improvement Process. The Supplier will not receive any income from the Council. The Supplier will have the opportunity to generate income by operating their business from the Council's Family hub, benefitting from rent free provision and close connection to the other Family Hub services. In return, the Supplier will be expected to contribute to the running costs of the building, provide a high-quality childcare service which meets the need of the local population and work collaboratively with the other services within the family hubs. Income will be generated from individual families choosing the service, either utilising the government voucher scheme or paying privately. The Supplier will provide a OfSTED-registered service for 0-5 year olds. The Supplier will also sign a property lease agreement alongside the services contract. This is not a new service and it is currently being supplied by an incumbent supplier. TUPE information has been collected. However, it is essential that potential Suppliers understand that the Council has no view as to whether TUPE applies on the award of this contract. Potential Suppliers are advised to seek their own legal advice regarding this issue. The estimated income value is: £5,360,000 with the addition of market rent value benefit value of £17,000 per annum not being charged so this totals £5,480,600 and is not vatable. The anticipated term is: Is five years with an option to extend at the Council's discretion for a further two years.
