Please note no contract was awarded as a result of this procurement process; this notice is being published for information and completeness only.
The Authority undertook a Restricted Procedure to procure FAP-60 MBE devices. However, the procurement was abandoned because no compliant prototype MBE device was submitted to the Authority.
The Authority has now started a new market engagement process with a view to undertaking a new MBE procurement in Autumn 2022. EEM0071 Vacant Property Services Framework

Efficiency East Midlands Ltd (EEM) is a procurement consortium which establishes and manages a range of frameworks and DPS agreements. Our membership has now grown to over 367 members including organisations providing services to the whole public sector including housing associations, local authorities, NHS Trusts, Education Providers and Emergency Services. EEM will be conducting a tender exercise for the renewal of our existing Void Property Services Framework, which will expire in December 2024. The Framework agreement will be for a period of 48 months and is expected to run from 16th December 2024 to 15th December 2028 . NHS Shared Business Services Limited (NHS SBS) and North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC) act in an Agency capacity for and on behalf of its customers (Approved Organisations) – existing and new.
