Open Framework for the Provision of Temporary Accommodation Solutions with the Private Sector and Private Registered Providers of Social Housing

Birmingham City Council wishes to invite providers to submit applications to join an open framework for the provision of temporary accommodation through the private rented sector and private registered providers of social housing. The open framework will be for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend for a further 2 years in yearly increments. Providers will be able to apply to join the Open Framework Agreement any time during the 3 year framework period and during any extension periods taken up. Although the Open Framework Agreement will remain open to applications, these will only be viewed and assessed at fixed periods of the year. Hull City Council (The Authority) is seeking tenders from interested organisations to provide Temporary Accommodation services to the Authority. Cylch Caron Housing & Integrated Resource Centre Scheme Delivery Partner

Ceredigion County Council (the Council) and Hywel Dda University Health Board (HDUHB) are seeking a suitable Delivery Partner to design, build and operate a purpose-built housing scheme for individuals in Tregaron. It is a requirement of this project that such housing is made available at social rent. The delivery of a Social Care/Health Board hub on the same site, to be known as the Cylch Caron Integrated Resource Centre (IRC), will also be explored through the dialogue process. The site and IRC will be owned by the Council and will be leased to the selected Delivery Partner on a long lease of 125 years at a subsidised rental value. This procurement exercise is not for the actual construction of the project - following the appointment of the successful Delivery Partner, the Delivery Partner will then be expected to manage the building contract procurement process in compliance with the The Procurement Act 2023.
