Description

Provision of a Seven Day Dressing Service for the residents of the London Borough of Greenwich.
Expression of interest advertisement was initially published on Contract Finder 28th March 2022, inviting interested applicants to express interest by completing and submit a set of Expression of Interest questionnaire published together with the advert by the deadline of 18th April 2022. The proposed contract value published in that advert was £182,000 ex VAT, one expression of interest response was received from (Greenwich Health Ltd) by the submission deadline. The response was evaluated in accordance with the process described in the published documentation and the contract was subsequently duly awarded to the provider. However, we now realised that the service is VAT exempted, therefore contract value was incorrectly advertised at £182,000 ex VAT, instead of £218,400 the actual cost of delivering the service. The commissioner is therefore re-awarding the contract with the correct contract value sum of £218,400, to Greenwich Health Ltd to ensure continuity of the service.
The VAT amount difference is a Low Value and below the threshold that require a new procurement procedure under the PCR 2015 (Reg 72 (5).
