You are invited to submit a response to the a Consultants Framework Panel, details of which are given in the following document and Appendices to it. This Tender is being managed by Beyond Housing on behalf of the Framework Members.  Reference to Members in this document shall refer to all Members of the Framework including Beyond Housing Association Limited, Broadacres Housing Association Limited and Northstar Housing Group Limited.This Tender and supporting documentation is designed to ensure that all suppliers are given equal and fair consideration in tendering.  This Tender also sets out the tendering conditions.  By participating in the tender process, you confirm acceptance of these conditions of tendering.  At its discretion, Members may either waive or insist on strict compliance with any requirement set out in this Tender.

Lot 4b - Valuation and Benchmarking Works. Lot 5 – Quantitative and Qualitative Project Output Analysis. Lot 6 – Heritage and Conservation. Lot 7 – Multi-disciplinary Team and Project Delivery (Bridges, Highways and Civil Engineering and Building Construction). Lot 8 - Decarbonisation of Council Buildings and Land - Site assessment and Feasibility. Further information is contained within the tender documentation. Luton London Airport (LLA) is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified transport planning consultancies to support strategic objectives within the Surface Access category. The awarded bidders will work in collaboration with LLA to develop and implement strategies aimed at increasing the airport's sustainable transport mode share. This includes enhancing access via public transport, active travel, and other low-emission surface transport options. This framework will be awarded depending on the quality and credibility of submissions.
