Description

Following an open procedure conducted in accordance with the light touch regime of the Public Procurement 2015 Regulations, Nottinghamshire County Council (the Council) is invited suitably qualified organisations to submit tenders to provide safe accommodation and support to young parents and their children in the south of the county of Nottinghamshire in the borough regions of Broxtowe, Gedling and Rushcliffe.
The service is to provide young parents with dedicated and safe supported accommodation, where they can be supported to effectively care for their children. It will operate on a ‘Core’ and ‘Cluster’ model, with young parents being supported and are prepared for independence and securing their own tenancy in the future.
This procurement process is a retender of Lot 1: Broxtowe, Rushcliffe and Gedling (South) – Core and Cluster Units under the procurement DN597562 'Young Parents Accommodation and Support Service'.
This is a single provider contract, however bids submitted on behalf of a group for example a consortium will be accepted.
The service is required across the South which is the Broxtowe, Gedling and Rushcliffe borough areas of Nottinghamshire County.
The contract will commence from 01 August 2022 for a period of 5 years to 31 July 2027. There will be the option for three twenty-four-month extensions to the contract.

Westminster City Council requires a high-quality personalised Care and Support Service at Carlton Dene Extra Care Housing; Carlton Dene is a new development, which will be ready for handover in March 2026 so that the new service can be delivered from April 2026. Carlton Dene will support the delivery of key Adult Social Care (ASC) principles: Personalisation; Prevention; Innovation; Integration and Local, by offering personalised care, giving residents choice and control over their support. The Service prevents isolation and promotes well-being by helping people stay independent in their community. Through innovation, the Service enhances digital inclusion and uses technology to support health and social needs. Integration with housing, the NHS, and social care ensures joined-up services, while a local approach allows residents to remain in the borough, creating employment and volunteering opportunities.
