Description

Nethermains Support Service is a semi-independent living environment based in North Ayrshire which provides accommodation for adults who have enduring mental health problems.
The Service is delivered in 2 adjacent properties linked by an internal door for staff use. The properties are 2a and 2b Nethermains Road, Kilwinning.
The Provider will operate the staff base and offer a full range of services - personal care, housing support and practical support - to meet the assessed needs of the service user.
The service will be available 24 hours per day, seven days per week, inclusive of public holidays, 52 weeks per year.
Consultation with service users will advise, where applicable, that their choice to move into Nethermains may include a change of provider.

Multi Provider Framework Agreement for Care, Support and Enablement (CSE) within Supported Living and Community Networks

Nottinghamshire County Council wish to appoint Providers under a ‘Framework Agreement’ to deliver Care, Support and Enablement (CSE) services across Nottinghamshire County. From time to time the Framework Agreement may also be used to commission CSE services outside of Nottinghamshire County boundaries. The Framework Agreement will have an initial term of four years and options to extend for up to a further 24 months. All Providers under this Framework Agreement must have: • a minimum of three years of recent organisational and/or management experience in the delivery of care, support and enablement services for people with disabilities and/or complex needs. • a commercial office location within the Nottinghamshire boundary, or within a fifteen-mile radius of the Nottinghamshire boundary. In addition to the above, Providers bidding for services under lots 1, 2 and 3 of this Framework Agreement must have: • a current registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for the delivery of the regulated activity of personal care. Registration with CQC is not a requirement for Providers solely bidding for lot 4. Providers should note that a further opportunity / opportunities to bid for any, or all lots of this Framework Agreement may be advertised in the future. No date/s have been set for any such process. Any bidder who is unsuccessful in this tender may bid again in any future tender for admission to the Framework Agreement.

Temporary Accommodation & Associated Services Flexible Purchasing System

The City of Edinburgh Council is re-opening its flexible purchasing system for temporary accommodation to invite new suppliers to provide services. This is a long-term opportunity with the aim to further increase Edinburgh’s capacity for temporary accommodation. The Council require accommodation and associated services which are tailored to resident’s needs, can adapt by flexing capacity whilst having a focus on value for money and allows continued change and improvement. This re-opening of the purchasing system will apply to the following within Category 1 - Temporary Accommodation with Access to Visiting Support. Category 1a - Private Rented Accommodation, Category 1b - Home Share, Category 1c - Shared House. Please note, providers will not be required to have a property currently available to engage with the opportunity. The Council will be using the PCS-Tender online portal to run and manage the opportunity, and as such strongly encourage interested potential providers to attend training on the operation of the purchasing system and PCS-T.
