Owing to the current travel and wider retail market performance, the commercial team at LLA are proposing to run a multi category tender with appropriate category tender minimums to ensure the best possible outcome. During the bidding window, there is an option for an on-site meeting to be attended by the relevant concessionaire personnel (e.g. Property Manager, Store Fitout Manager, Concept Designer - or similar/equivalent function but relative to ensure appropriate design conversations), held by our Commercial Project Manager. Bidders are encouraged to also attend with a nominated contractor.
