In parallel, the project will design and implement a comprehensive dispute resolution mechanism to address user concerns and enhance the credibility of the platform's outputs. Key technical challenges to be addressed include: • Differentiating land uses such as agroforestry crops • Capturing increases in shrub and tree cover from revegetation or reforestation on cultivated or grazed lands • Ensuring interoperability with other AGRICULTURA applications and institutional systems The project aims to improve land use traceability and establish a formal dispute resolution mechanism, both of which will contribute to reducing deforestation and greenhouse gas emissions in the Agriculture, Forestry, and Other Land Use (AFOLU) sector.
