Hampshire and Isle of Wight ICB (previously Hampshire , Southampton and Isle of Wight CCG)  are awarding the Integrated ENT and Audiology Service for a 24 month contract following a compliant tender process.
The Hampshire and Isle of Wight ICB, Southampton locality. 
This Contract is for a short term 24-month Contract whilst full-service review is undertaken across the ICS.
The Service will;
• Provide a combined ENT and Audiology service for patients aged 18 years and over and who are registered with a Southampton GP Practice.
• The service will manage demand from patients with ENT disorders and supports early intervention for patients with hearing loss, ensuring patients are managed at the earliest possible opportunity and most effectively.
• The service will also provide face to face clinical assessment, diagnostic tests, clinical interventions, aural care and the provision and maintenance of hearing aids.
• Relieve pressure on acute ENT & Audiology services at University Hospitals Southampton NHS Foundation Trust, ensuring only those requiring secondary care interventions are referred on.
• Continually improve quality and patient experience with reduced waiting times.
The contract value is for the full 24 month period.

Hearing Service

Cumberland Council wishes to commission a provider to deliver an advice and equipment service for people who are d/Deaf, hard of hearing or have dual sensory loss from 01st September 2025 The service comprises four main elements: • Information, advice and guidance • Care Act assessments • Equipment • Prevention and deaf awareness training. It will be available to all adults (and young people aged 16-17 in transition from adult social care to children's services) who are d/Deaf, hard of hearing or have dual sensory loss and are resident in Cumberland. Referrals will come from the council, NHS, other public or third sector organisations, as well as from people themselves. The provider will also create measurable social value to the people of Cumberland through volunteering and work experience. The service will help people achieve positive outcomes relating to independence, inclusion, making well-informed decisions and safety, among others. The contract will commence on 01st September 2025 and will continue for a period of 12 months, unless terminated in accordance with the Conditions of Contract. There is a potential for a contract extension of one 12-month period, depending on both the success in achieving the outcomes and availability of further funding. The estimated total value of the contract over the total contract period (including any extension period) is a maximum value of £170,150. but no guarantee is given as to the actual value of the contract.
