Description

Staffordshire County Council has secured Local Authority Delivered Round 3 (LADs3) funding from the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) and Home Upgrade Grant (HUG) to improve the energy efficiency of around 336 (LADs) and 149 (HUGs) privately owned domestic properties by the end of March 2023. The Council have appointed a Contractor to carry out a programme of whole-house retrofits using a whole house fabric first approach to install energy efficiency measures (excluding fossil fuels) to improve the Energy performance of a number of domestic properties located within the County.

Tender process: Single stage, open tender. The tender will be administered via the PCH Mercell portal.
