CHC All Age Continuing Care Digital End-To-End Patient Management System to NHS Frimley Integrated Care board

NHS Frimley Integrated Care Board (ICB) is seeking a digitalised end-to-end digital system, where information seamlessly flows between processes by connecting the entire lifecycle into one platform. The system needs to facilitate the services to deliver enhanced transformation across all spectrums of the service. Frimley's CHC Service provides high quality, safe care to Frimley's most vulnerable Adults and Children, and currently has a combined active caseload of around 1,500 individuals. It is clear with this caseload, and the inherent complexities associated with the services, that an efficient and effective digital system is essential. One of the key requirements for a new system will be the need for it to be sufficiently flexible to support a wide range of services outside the traditional CHC / Funded Nursing Care (FNC) / Fast Track (FT) / Continuing Care (CC) agenda. Service wide transformation will be implemented across all areas including clinical, business, performance, finance and contracting and commissioning. This will also include other Health funding services, such as Mental Health, S117, Complex Care and IRAP. Enabling better integration between systems across Health and Social Care is also critical. CHC/S117/Complex Care are unique services and links many elements of the health and social care system together, with some of these services overlapping with each other e.g. a patient can have health funding from S117 and CHC. Therefore, interoperability is of paramount importance, allowing for the CHC service and wider Health and Social Care teams to share and view records. This will support improved accessibility and visibility of data which in turn will enable more efficient and streamlined workflows for all teams and a better person experience. The contract term will be for 3 years with an optional extension of any period up to 2 years. The estimated contract value is £175,000 per annum inc. VAT giving an estimated maximum contract value of £525,000 inc. VAT for the initial contract period and an estimated £875,000 inc. VAT if the full extension period is adopted. It is expected that the system will be live from 1st July 2025. This procurement is being carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioners.

Data Services Sports Content (All Olympic and Paralympic Sports and Disciplines)

The services are for the delivery of historical and 'live' sports result data across all Olympic and Paralympic sports (including individual disciplines within such sports). This covers all relevant international competitions from junior to senior level from: continental championships, world cups and championships, Commonwealth games, Olympic and Paralympic Games. Competitions that lead to Olympic and Paralympic qualification are also to be included. The service requirement specifically focuses on a data feed, the actual collection, cleansing, matching and structuring of data across all Olympic and Paralympic sport, for both current competitions as well as historical ones. UK Sport's requirement is for the supply of result data (namely all Olympic and Paralympic sports and disciplines) on an agreed complex data table structure (the Services). The Services specifically focus on the supply of a data feed and the collection, cleansing, matching, structuring of data across all Olympic and Paralympic sport disciplines, for both current and historical competitions. UK Sport are not seeking to build a platform to host data, deliver data analytics or visualisation services, or to web-scrape data.

Open Banking (Request for Information)

The train companies operated by DOHL - The DFT holding company for government controlled Train Operating Companies (TOCS), are committed to delivering the best experience for their customers, including providing a wide range of payment options when purchasing tickets. The DOHL TOCs intend to add open banking - pay by bank as a payment type for web and app channels, enabling customers to pay for tickets and other services using an instant authorised bank transfer through their banking app. Different TOCs use a range of web and products, some bespoke, and other, white labelled SaaS platforms offered by third party vendors. TOCs currently offer a range of online payment options, including Credit and Debit Card, PayPal, incorporating Pay in Three, Apple and Google Pay. Open Banking will sit alongside these options, using a dedicated Call to Action button. Please note that purchasing rail tickets is not as straightforward as some other purchase models, and it will be necessary to store a reservation ID alongside the more usual fields. A high level process map for a typical Ticket Issuing System is included in this PIN for reference. Integration is envisaged to be through existing payment service APIs and integration offered by the Ticket Issuing System. Refunds are a common occurrence, due to customers changing their plans, delays and cancellations. An automated process is used to make refunds, and where a customer has paid through open banking, this must be available as an automated refund channel. In some cases, a refund team may make manual refunds, and this should also be an option through the open banking provision.
