Description

Hampshire County Council establisment of a Single Supplier Framework for the provision of Public Notice Advertising Services. The Framework Commencement is 3rd Jan 2023 for a period of 4 years.
Statutory Public Notices are adverts that are placed in local newspapers by individual Councils to advertise information of a statutory nature and, if required, to generate response, either from the general public or the business community.  Government agencies are required by statute to publish notices.
As well as publishing notices that are required to be advertised by law, the framework can be used to advertise non-statutory adverts if needed.
Therefore, this framework will be used for the procurement of the following services:
-Statutory public notices such as road closures and planning notices.
-Non-Statutory notices such as local events and tender opportunities etc.

DHSC: PCP: National HIV Programme 2026-2029

The Department of Health and Social Care is seeking to commission an external partner to deliver the National HIV Prevention Programme for the next 3 financial years 2026/27, 2027/28 and 2028/29. The programme focusses on populations disproportionately affected by HIV in whom the evidence demonstrates a higher or emerging burden of infection, or specific challenges in accessing prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and care. This includes, but is not limited to, white GBMSM, ethnic minority GBMSM, black African heterosexual women, black African heterosexual men and other ethnic minority heterosexuals. The Programme aims to: • Improve awareness, knowledge, understanding and uptake of combination HIV prevention interventions, among populations most affected by HIV; • Provide targeted HIV testing which reaches communities with unmet need to reduce the undiagnosed population and proportion of late diagnoses and reduce pressures on the NHS, supporting wider government priorities. This should include low HIV prevalence areas; • Reduce inequalities in access to HIV prevention interventions by exposure, gender, geography and ethnicity • Reduce levels of HIV related stigma, particularly self-stigma and stigma within different communities • Enhance collaboration across national, regional and local partners and multi-sector organisations. Contract Term: 3 years starting 1st April 2026 Contract yearly value: £1,333,334 per year exclusive of VAT; £1,600,000 per year inclusive of VAT Total Contract Value: £4,000,000 exclusive of VAT; £4,800,000 inclusive of VAT
