Description

Term Service Contract for the provision of Reactive Maintenance, Remedial Works & Planned Preventative Maintenance Services ("TSC") - Contract Extension
The University intends to extend the current six year TSC agreement with Graham Asset Management Limited (T/A Graham Facilities Management) for a period of 15 months, anticipated to expire on Wednesday 1st May 2024, as it prepares to tender for the provision of building maintenance services.
Water hygiene will not be renewed as part of the extension
