Description

Onward are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified, accredited and experienced contractor to undertake the relevant mechanical services maintenance and installation works for commercial, complex and leasehold schemes across the group for all 3 regions. The Contract will be let for a period of three (3) years with the option to extend by one (1) period of two (2) years, totalling five (5) years maximum. The estimated annual value of the contract is up to £350k excluding VAT. The buildings included within the contract comprise of residentialsheltered housing schemes classified internally as complex, commercial office spaces, industrial storage facilities and leasehold stock. The scope of the Contract is:- Management and Programming of the PPM Schedule.- Maintaining a master asset management plan.- Reactive maintenance and call outs to Mechanical Assetsas required- Repairs and Renewals of equipment as required.

This procurement is being conducted under the open procedure pursuant to regulation 27 of the Public Contracts Regulations as amended (PCR 2015). The Greater London Authority (GLA) is seeking to appoint service providers for the provision of RE:FIT 5 Framework. This framework covers the delivery of energy efficiency services, including: o Project Development, o Design, Construction, o Operations, o Maintenance o Financing of related projects. Service providers will be required to develop costed proposals to decarbonise, generate energy, and/or improve energy efficiency in the contracting authority's buildings and land assets. They will also be responsible for implementing these proposals, ensuring performance guarantees and guarantee a set level of savings and/or performance over a period of the arrangement. GLA reserve the right to modify the framework scope to include similar services related to decarbonising, energy efficiency improvement, renewable energy generation, greenhouse gas emissions reduction and wider performance improvements including changes focused on water consumption in line with relevant policies. Maintain Framework

Echelon Consultancy are supporting Watford Community Housing (WCH) who are seeking expressions of interest from suitably skilled and experienced Suppliers to deliver Repairs and Empty Homes works across this framework which will operate for a period of four years. Lots are separated by region and value, with nine geographical regions (including a national region) and two value bands within each region.
