Description

Hertfordshire County Council (the ‘Council’) went out to procurement for the commissioning for one (1) Independent Provider on a block contract basis to work with parents and their children/young people in need of support to prevent family breakdown. Please be made aware that following evaluation of tender submissions the Council have made the decision to discontinue this procurement.

Children's External Placements Education & Tuition PDPS

The procurement is to set up a multi supplier "pseudo DPS" (referred to as "PDPS"). As the PDPS Agreement will be "pseudo PDPS", it will look and feel similar to a DPS agreement set up under Regulation 34 of the PCR. This means that the Authority envisages the PDPS will re-open at (12) twelve-month intervals (or at other intervals at the Authority's discretion) for new providers to apply or previously unsuccessful providers to re-apply. Reopening of the PDPS is solely at the discretion of the Authority. The Procurement is being run using a procedure similar to the open procedure described in Regulation 27of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended). However, the Authority reserves the right to deviate from the formalities of the open procedure given the flexibilities permitted by Regulation 76 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) in the conduct of procurements for "Social and Other Specific Services", otherwise referred to as "Light Touch Regime" procurement • Lot 1 Independent Fostering Agencies • Lot 2 Residential Children's Homes • Lot 3 Independent Special Education Provisions/Post 16 Placements • Lot 4 Out of School Tuition • Lot 5 Post 16 Alternative Provision There is an additional Lot 6 which will comprise of mini competition stage for block contracts, Please note that only those bidders that are awarded onto Lots as detailed below will be invited to participate in mini competition • Lot 6a - Only those successfully awarded onto Lot 1 Independent Fostering Agency will be invited to participate • Lot 6b - Only those successfully awarded onto Lot 2 Residential Children's Homes will be invited to participate • Lot 6c - Only those successfully awarded ont Lot 3 Independent Special Education Provision will be invited to participate • Lot 6d - Only those successfully awarded onto Lot 4 Out of School Tuition and Alternative Provision will be invited to participate • Lot 6e - Only those successfully awarded onto Lot 5 Post 16 Education will be invited to participate Where it is appropriate to do so, Peterborough is committed to supporting children and young people to remain living and learning in their local area. Milton Keynes City Council Supported Living Services Framework 2025-2029

Milton Keynes City Council (MKCC) is establishing a Supported Living Services Framework and will be admitting suppliers with experience in providing Supported Living Services to ensure delivery of Supported Living services within Milton Keynes.This procurement is being run via Open FTS under the Light Touch Regime to establish a framework which will be split into 4 lots. • Lot 1: Supported Living for People with Learning Disability• Lot 2: Supported Living for People with Mental Health Needs• Lot 3: Supported Living for People with Autism• Lot 4: Supported Living for People with Other Support NeedsProviders can apply for a maximum of three (3) lots in total. Open Framework for the Provision of Short Breaks Services for Children and Young People with Disabilities

The London Borough of Haringey is inviting Tenders for an open Framework Agreement for the provision of short break services for children and young people with disabilities, in accordance with the Invitation to tender documents (ITT) The Council intends to appoint a number of providers to the open Framework Agreement in accordance with the Invitation to Tender (ITT) documents. The open Framework Agreement shall be divided into six lots, namely: • Lot 1- After School activities • Lot 2- Weekend activities • Lot 3- School holidays • Lot 4- Outreach support • Lot 5- All other short breaks Providers may submit tenders for more than one lot. The number of Providers appointed to each Lot will depend on the number of providers who meet the evaluation criteria set out within this ITT. The duration of the open Framework will be for four (4) years with an option to extend at the Council's discretion for a further period of up to two (2) plus two (2) years in accordance with the Terms an Conditions of the Framework Agreement. The framework may be re-opened at the sole discretion of the Council on a 12-month basis during the contract period which will allow for new providers (not originally party to the Framework Agreement) to join the open framework. This Procurement is for social care services. The Council is carrying out the process in accordance with the 'Light Touch Regime' under Reg 74 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015, as amended (PCR15) and will follow the open procedure. Any award of further contracts will be effected under the Light Touch Regime in accordance with Regulations 74 to 77 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
