Pembrokeshire are the Lead Authority in conducting this tender exercise on behalf of themselves, Ceredigion County Council and Gwynedd Council. This Framework will cover the supply and application of surface dressing binder as a part of the annual surface dressing programme for both Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion. Gwynedd will require the supply of binder only.

This DPS is now to be renewed for a 4 further year period which will end March 2026. Applications to participate with this DPS can be made on the portal: www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk - REF:DN318931 Any organisation already awarded onto the DPS will remain. Any new applications can continue to be made at the above mentioned address. The estimated value of £20 million provided on this notice is based on the estimated total value of requirements over the next 4 year period and does not include the value of the original 4 year period of the DPS.
