RR&M and Voids (North West - South Lakes)

Description

Accent’s wishes to reprocure a Responsive Repairs & Maintenance (RR&M) and Voids
contract for its South Lakes portfolio (North West) region.
The opportunity is based on two workstream categories, one for RR&M and another for
Voids, however they shall be awarded to a single contractor under a single contract Lot.
The total contract term is based on 24 months with an option to extend for a further 24
months (subject to performance, and at the sole discretion of Accent).
