EEAST - DPS Framework for Learning and Training Services (24-T23)

The East of England Service NHS Trust ("the Authority") covers the six counties which make up the East of England - Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk and Suffolk and provides a range of services, but is best known for the 999-emergency service. Our dedicated and skilled staff work 365 days a year, 24 hours a day to make sure patients receive the best possible care. This is a procurement to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) of multiple categories and suppliers to provide a range of Learning & Training Services to the Authority. The contract notice relates to the setting up of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) which will be by the East of England Ambulance Service to procure a range of Learning & Training Services The Dynamic Purchasing System will be valid until 27th October 2028. The British Council is looking for Partner Testing Points (PTPs) to deliver IELTS on Computer test sessions in the following countries: Cambodia, Hongkong, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Mongolia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam Please note, we are seeking Partner Testing Points in Major Cities only. About IELTS: IELTS is a high stakes English Language test which is accepted by more than 12000 organisations worldwide. IELTS is trusted because of its reliable content and secure delivery. Tests are subject to clear rules and requirements around the quality of the test environment, the security of the test and the actions of test day staff. The test consists of a 3-hour written test taken on computer and a 15-minute speaking exam, delivered via the internet. Tests usually start at 9am or 1pm and can be scheduled for any day of the week, although some days, especially Saturdays are more popular. What is a PTP: As a Partner Testing Point, you would be responsible for delivering scheduled IELTS tests at times and on dates agreed with British Council. To do this, you will need to supply: o a computer testing room, o at least one room set up for online speaking tests, o secure storage for test materials and candidate belongings. o a waiting area, o appropriate staff to manage the test preparation and delivery. These staff will need to pass training and monitoring standards set by British Council IELTS. British Council manages test scheduling, candidate registration, payment, and certification. British Council pays a fixed rate per candidate for every IELTS test scheduled at your location. THE CURRENT PTP OPPORTUNITY ONLY APPLIED FOR INDONESIA.
