Description

West Oxfordshire District Council owns the Talisman Business Centre that comprises of 13 commercial/office units which covers an approximate area of 7.7 acres.  Ground maintenance as well as winter gritting and snow clearance are required. The contract price to be fixed for the first 3 years of the contract with a provision of a two year extensions.

Management and maintenance of the site post-construction will be carried out by New Milton Town Council (NMTC). See Appendix B - Outcome Specification for further details. Binfield Parish Council are seeking "Expressions of Interest" for the development of a new allotment site. The area is approximately 100m x 50m and has been designated as land to be used for allotment purposes only. The site will be managed by Binfield Parish Council.
