Description

As Eastleigh Borough Council progresses with its goal of creating, high quality developments, designed and built around people, we are seeking to appoint a suitably competent and qualified Ecologist to carry out the services that are necessary to comply with the current licencing requirements on the One Horton Heath site.

This procurement relates to the services to be provided by an ecologist to support the monitoring, maintenance and reporting process as required by the current licences. There are currently three GCN licences, three Bat licences and one Dormouse licence across the site.

SEC Decarbonisation DPS

We're creating this DPS following on from market engagement and research to help our customers meet their decarbonisation aims and targets. We've consulted with relevant stakeholders with regards to the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) to create a product that aligns with their requirements and funding applications for customers. The DPS covers different decarbonisation works including building fabric, renewable heat and hot water solutions, renewable power solutions and whole house retrofit at a variety of different levels. We've designed it this way so that both smaller customers and suppliers can benefit. Additional information: It should be noted that it's likely that many of the further competitions that will be advertised through this DPS will be funded by the SHDF, which has specific requirements that must be fulfilled.
