Description

This Notice announces the release of a tender by the Contracting Authority to establish a new Building Maintenance and Refurbishment Framework, replacing the existing provision. The framework will encompass a wide range of services for public sector clients.
The Building Maintenance and Refurbishment Framework will include seven distinct lots, allowing clients to initiate Call-Offs based on CPV codes, geographic regions, and financial criteria.
Lot 1: Building Refurbishment (unified lot)
Lot 2: Decoration and Repairs
Lot 3: Roofing Works
Lot 4: Kitchens and Bathrooms
Lot 5: Windows and Doors
Lot 6: Garage Doors
Lot 7: Fire Safety Works
The anticipated spend is set at 1 GBP, with a maximum capacity of 90 million GBP.
The framework will be accessible to all public sector bodies listed in the latest classification guide from the Office for National Statistics (ONS), including government departments, local authorities, educational institutions, healthcare organisations, and other public sector entities classified by the ONS. ID 5422428 - DAERA AFBI - Charter of Fishing Vessels for Fisheries Science Partnership and Commercial Acoustic Pelagic Surveys

AFBI is seeking to commission two fishing vessels to conduct surveys include all management, crew, victuals, and other services necessary. The Contract is divided into Lots based on survey type as follows and requires: Lot 1 - Fisheries Science Partnership Semi-Pelagic survey A vessel to carry out a semi-pelagic trawl survey with space to accommodate at least one scientist, and; Lot 2 - Commercial Acoustic Pelagic Survey A vessel to carry out an acoustic and pelagic trawl survey with space to accommodate at least three scientists. Fishing/surveys will be undertaken within the Irish Sea (ICES Area 6a and 7a, dependent on individual trial/survey). The Skipper must have experience of working the defined fishing gear in the defined area and have landed the targeted species for sale. The initial contract period is for 4 years with 2 further optional extension period of up to 1 year each.
