This Request for Quotation is for the Provision of a Cashless Donation Solution at The Story. 

The primary objective of the Contract is to procure a fully comprehensive and intuitive Cashless Donation Solution to replace the current donation process at The Story. The Council believe that this Contract will encourage greater engagement with audiences and visitors of The Story.

This Contract accommodates the procurement and ongoing support and maintenance of one Cashless Donation unit initially with the option to procure further units within the Contract Duration either at The Story or other Durham County Council establishments.

The proposed Contract start date is 1st January 2025.
The proposed Contract end date is 31st December 2026.

This Contract is let with four further options to extend for 24-months per extension period, from the actual end date.

Proposed Extension Period 1: 1st January 2027 - 31st December 2028.
Proposed Extension Period 2: 1st January 2029 - 31st December 2030.
Proposed Extension Period 3: 1st January 2031 - 31st December 2032.
Proposed Extension Period 4: 1st January 2033 - 31st December 2034.

Hampshire County Council invites applications from suitably experienced organisations who wish to be considered for selection to tender for the supply of Facilities Management Equipment, Fencing, Floor Cleaning Machines, White Goods and Commercial Laundry Equipment. This is a Framework Agreement for the delivery of goods directly to customers of Hampshire County Council (County Supplies), Hertfordshire County Council (Herts Full Stop) and other members of the Central Buying Consortium.
