The Council invites bidders to respond to this opportunity for the appointment of a Principal contractor to deliver the provision of works for the refurbishment of Richmond Heights and Normanhurst occupied high rise residential blocks. We have an estimated 18-24 months programme.

National Maintenance, Responsive Repairs and Void works (Regions)

The services required include delivery of all responsive repairs and void works to supported and general needs properties in a defined geographical area of England and Scotland with a hybrid Schedule of Rates and Cost-Plus Model for repairs (determined by Lot) and a schedule of rates model for voids. Gleneagles - External Windows and Doors

KWL are seeking contractors to carry out the supply and install of External Windows and Doors to a new build site of 27 houses at Gleneagles Park, Hull, it is expected that work will commence in January 2025 with works to be completed March 2026. Full details of the expected completion date of the works will be provided during pre-start meetings that will take place after the contract award and are subject to the expected construction programme critical path.
