Description

The PEACEPLUS Multiculturalism to Interculturalism project forms parts of the Belfast PEACEPLUS Local Community Action Plan, which is supported by PEACEPLUS, a programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB). This contract contributes to the implementation of the Celebrating Cultures and Diversity theme of the Belfast PEACEPLUS Local Community Action Plan. 
The Multiculturalism to Interculturalism project will be tendered through 4 Lots, aligned to the strands of the project. 
Strand 1 (Lot 1): Community Language and Cultural Access Programme – to highlight the indigenous linguistic heritage and new languages that are present within Belfast on a cross community basis through Irish Language and Ulster Scots Heritage project and New Languages Programme. Budget £270,055 Participants = 1,110 (plus 650 wider) Duration: 3 years 
Strand 2 (Lot 2): Cultural Spaces Programme to increase awareness of community capacity within and cross community engagement in the different culturally significant spaces across Belfast through inter community connected neighbourhood and citywide venues leadership, capacity building and activities programme. Budget £206,330 Participants = 426 Duration: 3 years 
Strand 3 (Lot 3): Festivals and Flagship Events Programme to help flagship events become more accessible to all. This will include capacity building programme, a Flagship events cultural connector programme and a marching in step to different tunes / fusion of Belfast Sounds Programme. Budget £238,555 Participants = 404 (plus 600 wider) Duration: 3 years 
Strand 4 (Lot 4): Culture and Built Heritage Programme – to develop and enhance public space availability, usage and capacity, including showcasing our historical built environment, walking tour including maritime heritage elements, events in vacant spaces across Belfast, and an intercultural burial traditions graveyard animation programme. Budget £234,200 Participants = 625 (plus 300 wider) Duration: 3 years

ID 5449059 - Invest NI - Graduate to Export Development programme

Invest NI’s Graduate to Export Development Programme (G2E Programme) launched in February 2019, and targets SMEs in Northern Ireland to help expand their business internationally with the assistance of a supported graduate.  As part of the programme, participating companies will develop their international business capabilities, gained from having a dedicated market research resource and on completion of the graduate intervention, they will have an export development / market entry plan for their chosen market.  The Programme, in turn, will provide graduates with a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience and business skills in international business development in addition to obtain academic qualifications.   Invest NI is seeking to engage a Contractor for the development, delivery, and management of future G2E cohorts with an anticipated launch date of March/April 2025.  The Contractor shall design and deliver a Post Graduate Diploma for participating graduates which will have a commercial focus and a meaningful accreditation focusing on global best practice in international business development.    The Contractor shall also work with the participating companies to assist them develop / refine their market research projects and oversee their execution by the programme graduates.  The completion of these projects by the graduates should be a prerequisite of academic accreditation.  The G2E Programme will comprise of up to 3 cohorts of 201 graduates per cohort all of whom are employed by Invest NI client companies (primarily SME’s).  It is anticipated that the contract will be for an initial period of 5 years with each cohort lasting 18 months. Invest NI reserve the option to extend the contract for a further period of 12 months. Each cohort is subject to budgetary approval and to satisfactory Contractor performance.
