Description

Together Housing Group have a requirement for a Structural Works Contract due to an increased forecast of demand on our internal Property Services Teams.
      Together Housing Association Limited and any other of its subsidiaries (THA) intend to enter into an Agreement with an organisation(s) for a 36-month period with 2no possible further 12-month extension periods to undertake structural works, which equates to a 3-year contract with maximum 2 year extension. No longer than 5 years in total overall.
      The winning bidder(s) must be available to commence with duties as to the agreement entered from 1st April 2025.
      
      Together Housing requires Suitably Qualified and Experienced Contractors who are interested in gaining approval onto a framework agreement to undertake general structural works projects including the maintenance and strengthening of existing assets owned by Together Housing Association and any of its subsidiaries.
       
      Together Housing Group requires 3No contractors per Lot/Service Area, as below 
      
      The type of works could include:
       - Underpinning 
      - Pointing and Brick repairs
      - Structural Concreting
      - Retaining Walls
      - Footways, drives and un-adopted Highways.
      - Drainage
      - Paving, Flagging, setts and asphalt
